Mr. Capobianco is the CEO and Managing Partner of Five Point and founded Five Point in 2012. Prior to founding Five Point, Mr. Capobianco was a founder and served as the co-head of the Private Equity Group of Vulcan Capital. At Vulcan, Mr. Capobianco led the take-private of Plains Resources, Inc. (NYSE: PLX), the acquisition and development of Energy Center Investments (known as PAA Natural Gas Storage), the spinout and subsequent build-up of Calumet Florida, and two private investments into Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA).

Before joining Vulcan, Mr. Capobianco served as a senior member of the investment team at Greenhill Capital Partners, a member of the investment team of Harvest Partners, and a member of the Energy Corporate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Capobianco currently serves as Chairman of the Board of LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI), Twin Eagle Holdings N.A., Deep Blue Midland Basin LLC, Twin Eagle Terminal Holdings, LLC, PowerBridge LLC, and as a member of the Board of San Mateo Midstream LLC.

Mr. Capobianco previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Northwind Midstream Holdings LLC, Vulcan Energy Corporation (formerly Plains Resources), and Vulcan Resources (formerly Calumet Florida). He served as a member of the Board and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA).

Mr. Capobianco holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree from Duke University.

Mr. Morrow is the COO and Managing Partner of Five Point. Prior to co-founding Five Point, Mr. Morrow served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Iberdrola Energy Holdings; a North American natural gas marketing business, and ENSTOR, one of the largest independent natural gas storage franchises in North America. At Iberdrola, his responsibilities included the development of management teams to run several groups: North America marketing and trading, storage optimization, project development, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advocacy and compliance, and the day-to-day operations of the facilities.

Prior to joining Iberdrola with the sale of ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow built the natural gas storage business and acquired four natural gas storage facilities in five transactions. As President of ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow was responsible for developing and expanding core business unit teams, mergers and acquisitions, executive management, operations, regulatory advocacy/compliance, and commercial management. Mr. Morrow was also a senior member at PPM Energy, which focused on the power generation, wind renewable and natural gas marketing and storage businesses.

Before joining PPM/ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow held various senior positions at Texaco Natural Gas within Sabine Pipeline and Sabine Hub Services, up to and including President.

Mr. Morrow currently serves as a member of the board for LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI), Twin Eagle Holdings N.A., Deep Blue Midland Basin LLC, PowerBridge LLC, Twin Eagle Terminal Holdings, LLC, and San Mateo Midstream LLC. Mr. Morrow also serves on the Board of Mission Lazarus, a non-profit organization with operations in Honduras and Haiti.

Mr. Morrow previously served on the Board of ENSTOR Inc., Iberdrola Energy Holdings, and PPM Energy Canada Ltd.

Mr. Morrow holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Cole is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point, where he sits on the investment team and helps lead the firm’s origination activities.

Prior to Five Point, Mr. Cole served as an exclusive contractor for ENSTOR, responsible for the origination, development and execution of new commercial sales for over 100 Bcf of natural gas storage across North America. Mr. Cole’s responsibilities also included the origination, evaluation, execution and oversight of the strategic and business development of ENSTOR’s facilities, as well as the start-up of EO Resources, a brine water sales company in the Permian Basin.

Prior to ENSTOR, Mr. Cole held various senior management positions at Sonat Energy Services, a division of Sonat Inc., within trading, origination, and storage management. Additionally, Mr. Cole served as Director of Business Development, where he led the strategic development and mergers and acquisitions for the natural gas and field services business units, and Director of Producer Services, where he managed multiple midstream field services offices responsible for all onshore Sonat E&P gathering and processing.

Before joining Sonat, Mr. Cole served as the Director of Natural Gas Marketing and Transportation at Tejas Power Corporation (TPC), the industry pioneer for integrated storage and gas supply solutions. At TPC, Mr. Cole was responsible for trading, origination, marketing and end-user sales. During Mr. Cole’s tenure at TPC, TPC introduced the concept of integrated market hubs to the natural gas sector, which served as one of the building blocks for the development of thederegulated natural gas transportation, distribution and marketing industry.

Before joining TPC, Mr. Cole served in various roles at Kerr-McGee Corporation including engineering, partner relations and gas control.

Mr. Cole is a board member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and a past board member of the National Energy Services Association.

Mr. Cole holds an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a B.S. degree from the University of Louisiana.

Mr. Eaton is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point who serves as a member of the investment team and leads the firm’s capital formation and investor relations activities.

Mr. Eaton was previously the Global Co-Head of Eaton Partners, an 80+-person global private capital advisory and fund placement business recognized as one of the leaders in the industry. Mr. Eaton chaired the Investment Committees for the North America, EMEA, and APAC private funds groups as well as the Private Capital Advisory Group. Prior to being elevated to managing the firm, Mr. Eaton built and led Eaton’s Real Assets business. During his tenure, Eaton raised over $45 billion for clients focused on Real Asset strategies. Mr. Eaton also helped lead the successful sale of Eaton to Stifel Financial.

Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Mr. Eaton was a Director at Constellation Energy Commodities Group, leading principal transactions for the natural gas structuring and trading division.

Mr. Eaton serves on the board of Five Point portfolio company WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI).

Mr. Eaton also currently serves on the Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Duke I&E) Board of Advisors.

Mr. Eaton holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. degree from Duke University.

Mr. Moore is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point who serves as a member of the investment team and helps lead the firm’s origination activities. Mr. Moore was directly involved in the founding and execution of Northwind Midstream and served as Executive Vice President of Sequestration.

Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Moore served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NorTex Midstream Partners, a natural gas processing, transportation, and storage company with operations in North Texas. At NorTex, Mr. Moore’s responsibilities included the overall management of the business, including overseeing day-to-day operations, storage marketing and optimization, accounting and financing activities, project management, and regulatory compliance and safety.

Prior to joining NorTex, Mr. Moore served 12 years with ENSTOR, the natural gas storage and marketing subsidiary of Iberdrola, working in several roles, including Vice President of Operations and Engineering and Vice President of Business Development. At ENSTOR, Mr. Moore led acquisition and development efforts, which encompassed five natural gas storage facilities representing ~80 Bcf of storage capacity.

Prior to ENSTOR, Mr. Moore served as Director of Marketing and Midstream Businesses for Dominion Resources, responsible for directing midstream development activities and managing the oil and gas hedging program. Mr. Moore began his career as a Reservoir Engineer for Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Offshore Inc.

Mr. Moore serves on the boards of Five Point portfolio companies LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI).

Mr. Moore holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Moncrief is an Executive Vice President and Partner at Five Point who serves as a member of the investment team and helps lead the firm’s origination activities.

Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Moncrief served as Chief Financial Officer of Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL), a water midstream company with operations primarily in the Northern Delaware Basin of southeast New Mexico. As a member of OWL’s executive team, Mr. Moncrief was responsible for company strategy, M&A, and all financing and accounting activities.

Prior to joining OWL, Mr. Moncrief spent 10 years at Concho Resources and served in various leadership roles, including as a member of the Executive Committee, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Midstream, Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy, and Vice President of Capital Markets and Strategy. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Midstream, Mr. Moncrief was responsible for developing Concho’s strategic plan as well as overseeing the commercial marketing operation, which on a daily basis sold over 300,000 barrels of oil and over 1 Bcf of natural gas. Additionally, Mr. Moncrief led the development of midstream joint ventures, including Alpha Crude Connector, Oryx Midstream Services and Beta Crude Connector. Prior to joining Concho, Mr. Moncrief was an energy investment banker at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Moncrief serves on the board of Five Point portfolio company Deep Blue Midland Basin LLC and is a founding Board Member of the First Tee West Texas.

Mr. Moncrief is a past Board Member of Five Point portfolio company WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI), Alpha Crude Connector, Oryx, LLC, Beta Crude Connector.

Mr. Moncrief holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. degree from Washington & Lee University.

Mr. Sulton is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point where he sits on the investment team and leads capital markets and financing activities. Since joining Five Point, Mr. Sulton has been intimately involved in every major transaction, including the formation of Five Point continuation vehicles Natural Gas Yield Funds I and II, the IPOs of WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI) and LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), and the sale of Northwind Midstream and fundraising.

Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Sulton spent over 20 years in energy investment banking. As a banker, Mr. Sulton executed a wide range of transactions including mergers, divestitures, and capital raises. Mr. Sulton focused on the midstream sector and worked on over one hundred successful transactions.

Mr. Sulton serves on the boards of Five Point portfolio companies LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI) and previously served on the board of Five Point portfolio company Desert Environmental (NYSE: WBI).

Mr. Sulton holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Tran is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point. Mr. Tran joined Five Point in 2012 and is a member of the investment team, where he leverages his industry relationships; commercial and business development experience; and direct operating experience to advance Five Point’s investment themes, project origination, and operating platform execution.

During his tenure at Five Point, Mr. Tran directly led the founding, commercialization, and execution of Northwind Midstream, one of the largest privately-held natural gas gathering, processing, treating and sequestration businesses in the Delaware Basin.

Mr. Tran was responsible for developing the original investment thesis and execution of the business plan, as well as its subsequent strategic, commercial development, and business development activities. Mr. Tran served as Chief Development Officer of Northwind Midstream until its successful sale to MPLX LP (NYSE: MPLX) for $2.375 billion.

Prior to Five Point, Mr. Tran was a member of the Corporate Finance group at Simmons & Company International.

Mr. Tran holds a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Bayouth serves as General Counsel and Partner at Five Point, where he both sits on the investment team and provides strategic legal leadership across the firm’s infrastructure investment and development activities. He brings to the role a distinguished career in corporate law spanning more than two decades at the highest levels of private practice.

Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Bayouth was a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he served for over 20 years and led the firm’s Houston office, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and securities law. His representative experience includes Devon Energy’s $6 billion acquisition of Eagle Ford acreage from GeoSouthern Energy; GenOn Energy’s $6 billion merger with NRG Energy; BJ Services’ $5.5 billion acquisition by Baker Hughes; GlobalSantaFe Corporation’s merger of equals with Transocean; and the Enterprise Products GP audit and governance committee’s $9.1 billion acquisition of its publicly traded general partner and $3.3 billion acquisition of TEPPCO Partners. He also represented Five Point and GSO Capital Partners in the acquisition of equity interests in Twin Eagle Resource Management, and Vulcan Capital in the formation of its joint venture with Plains All American Pipeline.

Mr. Bayouth serves on the boards of Five Point portfolio companies LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB), WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI), and PowerBridge LLC.

Mr. Bayouth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from Texas Tech University, and a Juris Doctor, with high honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. Belasco is a Managing Director of Five Point. Mr. Belasco is a member of the investment team, where he focuses on transaction execution, investment analysis, and capital markets activities across the firm’s various infrastructure platforms.

Prior to Five Point, Mr. Belasco was an Associate at Strata Energy Investments, an energy infrastructure private equity firm. Before Strata, Mr. Belasco was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore Partners where he was involved in a variety of M&A and advisory assignments across the energy industry.

Mr. Belasco holds a B.S. and a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Chae is a Managing Director of Five Point. Mr. Chae is a member of the investment team, where he focuses on transaction execution, investment analysis, and capital markets activities across the firm’s various infrastructure platforms.

Prior to Five Point, Mr. Chae was a member of the Corporate & Business Development group at Twin Eagle Resource Management, a midstream and energy marketing company. While at Twin Eagle, Mr. Chae was responsible for evaluating corporate and commercial midstream opportunities, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to Twin Eagle, Mr. Chae began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Chae holds a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Martin is a Director of Five Point. Mr. Martin is a member of the investment team, where he focuses on transaction execution, investment analysis, and capital markets activities across the firm’s various infrastructure platforms.

Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Martin was a member of the Energy Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financings for clients across the upstream oil and gas, midstream, and oilfield services sectors.

Mr. Martin holds an M.S. and a B.A. degree from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Borland is an Associate at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Borland was an Investment Banking Analyst at Intrepid Partners in Houston, where he was involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions for clients across the upstream oil and gas, midstream, and oilfield services sectors.

Mr. Borland holds an M.S. in Finance and B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Miller is an Associate of Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Miller was an Investment Banking Analyst in the energy group at Truist Securities in Houston covering upstream and midstream oil and gas companies. While at Truist, Mr. Miller helped advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other corporate events.

Mr. Miller holds an M.S. in Finance and B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Morrow is part of the Capital Formation team at Five Point, where he focuses on supporting the firm’s investor relations and capital-raising initiatives across its investment platforms. He works closely with senior leadership to manage communications with investors and partners, helping drive strategic growth and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Before joining Five Point, Mr. Morrow served as Senior Manager, Team Operations and Facilities for the Tennessee Titans, overseeing logistics, facilities, and operations for the NFL franchise.

Mr. Morrow holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University.

Mrs. Harling is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Five Point where she oversees, among other things, fund administration and reporting, treasury, human resources, investor relations and the compliance program. Prior to Five Point, Mrs. Harling served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Mountain Capital Management for eight years where she oversaw many functions. Prior to joining Mountain Capital Management, Mrs. Harling spent 14 years in public accounting where she made Partner at Ernst & Young. Mrs. Harling served in a variety of industries including refining and marketing and upstream oil and gas and served in Ernst & Young’s US Professional Practice Group.

Mrs. Harling serves on the boards of Five Point portfolio companies LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB) and WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI).

Mrs. Harling holds a B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Mr. Long is the Associate General Counsel at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Long served as SVP and General Counsel of Northwind Midstream Partners, a natural gas midstream business focused on off-spec gas gathering and treating in the Northern Delaware Basin. Prior to Northwind, Mr. Long served as the Deputy General Counsel of ARM Energy Holdings, a premier energy marketing and infrastructure firm. Mr. Long was previously an Associate at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., where he represented both public and private companies in transactions across the energy sector, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Long has a BA in History from Washington and Lee University and a JD from Louisiana State University.

Kristin Wilkinson is the Controller of Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to joining Five Point, Ms. Wilkinson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Treasury Management Services, Inc (“TMS”), an asset management firm that manages several energy-focused commodity trading pools. At TMS, Ms. Wilkinson managed all cash activity and fund administration, including ongoing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, along with all domestic and international regulatory compliance.

Ms. Wilkinson holds a B.B.A. and a B.S. degree, specializing in accounting from Texas Lutheran University.

Mrs. Nguyen is a Senior Accountant at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mrs. Nguyen served as the Senior Accountant of SRI Energy Inc., a leading provider of oilfield equipment, systems and services for the drilling and production of oil and gas. While at SRI, Mrs. Nguyen managed all treasury and cash management functions and also performed various accounting tasks, including preparation of financial statements and conducting the monthly and year-end reporting processes.

Mrs. Nguyen holds a B.B.A. degree from University of Houston.

Mr. Bailey is the Vice President of Information Systems at Five Point. He leads Five Point’s Nucleus Team, which consists of 10 employees specialized in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Data Science, and Information Technology. The Nucleus Team enables Five Point and its portfolio companies to utilize a mapping and analytics platform that supports critical investment decision making and operations. Established at the inception of the firm, the Nucleus Team leverages a system of ~30 billion discrete data points, managed by ~500 thousand lines of code, that provides Five Point with superior, dynamic knowledge of its core markets.

Prior to Five Point, Mr. Bailey served as a Senior GIS Analyst at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC). At APC, Mr. Bailey was a member of the US Land Mapping Team, supporting leasing activity and special projects for APC’s Delaware Basin operations in West Texas. Prior to Anadarko, Mr. Bailey served as a Senior GIS Analyst for Southwestern Energy Company (SWN). Mr. Bailey supported midstream development for SWN’s operations in the Fayetteville Shale of Arkansas and the Marcellus Shale of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bailey holds a B.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP).

Mr. Moctezuma is the Director of Information Technology at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Moctezuma served as a Network Engineer and part of the leadership team for a Managed Services Provider supporting publicly traded national and local businesses. In addition, Mr. Moctezuma supported Five Point’s initial IT infrastructure, buildout, and transition to their current City Centre offices before officially joining the company in 2018.

Mr. Moctezuma holds an A.A. degree from Lone Star College.  Mr. Moctezuma is certified as a Secure Infrastructure Specialist, Network Infrastructure Specialist, IT Operations Specialist and holds CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, and Security+ Certifications.

Mr. Barron is the Data Science Manager at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Barron served as the GIS Manager at The Response Group (TRG). At TRG, Mr. Barron provided leadership to the GIS Mapping team, supported trainings and exercises for emergency response, and provided GIS support to major oil and gas companies.

Prior to TRG, Mr. Barron served as a GIS Technician for the City of Nacogdoches where he supported the engineering and planning departments with data infrastructure maintenance and web mapping applications.

Mr. Barron holds a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP).

Mr. Miller is the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Coordinator for Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Miller served as a GIS Specialist at The Response Group (TRG). At TRG, Mr. Miller was part of the GIS Mapping and Response and Exercise Team, supporting and coordinating emergency responses and exercises for international and domestic major oil and gas companies. Mr. Miller leveraged GIS Technologies to improve data acquisition accuracy and spill modeling, which helped deploy response measures more efficiently and effectively.

Prior to TRG, Mr. Miller was a GIS Specialist for the Governors’ Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for the State of Louisiana (GOHSEP). At GOHSEP, Mr. Miller collected and managed spatial data across the entire state of Louisiana to develop a First Responder Hazard Mitigation Database and Web Portal.

Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree from California State University, Pomona.

Ms. Chomiak is a Staff GIS analyst at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Ms. Chomiak served twelve years as a Staff GIS Analyst at Southwestern Energy (SWN), working in several divisions within the company. At SWN, Ms. Chomiak was a member of the Reservoir Engineering team and supported the entire SW Appalachian division, including Land, Regulatory, Geology, for all geographic analytic, spatial data & mapping needs. Prior to serving the SW Appalachia team, Ms. Chomiak supported SWN’s midstream teams in land, engineering, and regulatory in NW Pennsylvania. Prior to Southwestern Energy, Ms. Chomiak interned at CenterPoint Energy. In addition, she also held several positions as a field archaeologist for Cultural Resource surveying firms in Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana.

Stephanie holds a B.A. Degree from Texas State University, San Marcos.

Mr. Velasquez is a Staff GIS analyst at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Velasquez served as a GIS Supervisor at Contract Land Staff. At Contract Land Staff, Mr. Velasquez was a member of the Land Data Services team, supporting mapping services and consulting for multiple right of way projects involving interstate pipelines, electrical transmission, and transportation.

Prior to Contract Land Staff, Mr. Velasquez was a GIS Analyst III at the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission. There he was a member of the 911 Emergency Network.

Rick holds a B.S. Degree from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Vasquez is a Staff GIS Analyst at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Vasquez served as a GIS Intern for setld Information Systems. At setld, Mr. Vasquez supported the GIS team by providing representational datasets for wells, pipelines, and producer acreage.

Prior to setld, Mr. Vasquez served as a contract GIS Technician at Centerpoint Energy. While at Centerpoint, Mr. Vasquez supported their Prime Legacy Projects Team, which focused on service line record verification with GIS.

Mr. Vasquez holds a B.S. degree from Sam Houston State University.

Mr. McClean is a Senior Data Scientist at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. McClean served as GIS Department Manager at The Response Group (TRG). At TRG, Mr. McClean oversaw the development of GIS software applications including web applications, business operations solutions, and development of the Common Operating Picture platform. These systems and services supported emergency responses as well as daily operations for major oil and gas and midstream companies.

Prior to TRG, Mr. McClean served as a GIS Technician at Forestry Associates. Mr. McClean supported forestry management operations daily for various landowners throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Mr. McClean holds a B.S. degree in Geology from Texas A&M University, a M.S. in GIS from Sam Houston State University, and is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP).

Mr. McDaniel is a Data Scientist at Five Point Infrastructure. Prior to Five Point, Mr. McDaniel served as a GIS Manager for the Assessor’s Office in Washington County, Arkansas. During this time Mr. McDaniel oversaw the GIS Department in the development of web applications, a GIS hub site, and the automation of the homestead credit application process. These systems supported the County’s goal of increasing public awareness and enhancing workplace efficiency.  Prior to Washington County, Mr. McDaniel served as a GIS Technician at Panola-Harrison Electrical Cooperative. Mr. McDaniel managed the collection and maintenance of all spatial data across Panola-Harrison’s operational area.
